Josh McRoberts doubtful for Friday

Bobcats forward Josh McRoberts is doubtful to play Friday night against Orlando, and could also miss Saturday’s game against Cleveland, the Charlotte Observer reports. McRoberts missed Wednesday’s game due to a sprained ankle suffered on Monday. He is averaging 8.6 points, 4.9 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game.

A.J. Price waived Thursday

The Timberwolves announced the waiving of guard AJ Price Thursday, freeing a roster space for the final weeks of the season. Price appeared in 28 games for the Timberwolves, averaging 1.6 points and 0.5 assists per game.
